Vikram is an Indian film actor, voice actor and a playback singer.
Vikram was born to Vinod Raj and Rajeshwari in Chennai on 17 April 1966. His father was from Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram district. Vikram did his schooling at Montfort School, Yercaud. While in school, his love of drama and pursuit of his dream were nurtured. With his parents wanting him to finish college, he graduated in English from Loyola College, Chennai, and followed it up with an M.B.A degree.
Vikram plays a gym master in Raja Pattai. The star has said that his regular work outs at the gym will come to his aid in making this role a grand success. According to Vikram, who is a fitness freak, playing a gym master is not an easy task as he has to do enough research on their mannerisms, health and physique.
The star will sport a new look for Raja Pattai, but he does not want to disclose too much about it at the moment. It must be mentioned here that Vikram will work simultaneously in another movie titled Karikalan which is way too different from Raja Pattai, because it is a period flick.
